Spare parts delivery
Delivery time-frames for spare parts logistics are a critical point of delivery, as after all, replacement is associated with an unexpected failure of a particular component. We clearly understand which losses a factory may endure in one day of down time. Therefore, we always include Operating Instructions in the equipment delivery, in which we prescribe the projected lifetime of consumables, recommendations for preventive maintenance, and a list of spare parts that we recommend reposing in the enterprise's warehouse for prompt replacement.

Consumable materials
For stable performance and longer life of equipment, we strongly recommend using only original spare parts and consumable materials.
However, the issue of customs clearance and delivery of spare parts in small consignments usually occurs in this connection. But here, we can offer a more attractive price to the customer by consolidating orders from different enterprises into a larger batch.
